- Engineering experience of 3+ years with SaaS startup and/or scaleups;
- Strong Python 3 skills, including in areas of multithreading, asyncio and performance optimization;
- Strong relational database skills; writing complex SQL queries, optimising database performance, executing zero-downtime database operations and migrations;
- English: Intermediate and higher level.
- Solve complex architectural problems with simple and elegant solutions;
- Help define the technical roadmap;
- Work on all phase of software development, from planning up to deployment and support.

Core tech includes IP for mixed-language understanding and semi-supervised chat history structuring. Project is the natural language processing engine with extreme adaptability for non-English languages.
